Goodnight Already!

A hilarious tale of a brown bear who is desperate to get some sleep. (I think most parents can relate.) However, the bear’s next door neighbour, a bothersome duck, keeps waking him up. The duck proposes reading books, playing cards, watching movies and so on but when he asks to borrow the ingredients for baking cookies that’s when the bear finally loses it. My 4-year-old son checked this book out from the library and loved it so much that I had to buy him his own copy, It is a very easy read, no moral message or call to action, unless getting new neighbours is on your agenda.

Written by Jory John and illustrated by Benji Davis, Goodnight Already! is perfectly lighthearted and entertaining before bedtime.
